Premaberg dual vane separator is a maintenance free system, using innovative chevron vane technology, combining two banks of separation vanes in a compact design. They are specifically designed to remove sub 10 micron airborne aerosols from inlet air streams.
This design has been developed for and is applied to applications where there is a predominance of small aerosols.
The system offers similar aerosol removal efficiency to other separators which use filter and coalescer media, with the added advantage of a significantly lower pressure drop, helping to save energy within the ventilation system and offering the total elimination of on-going maintenance.
Premaberg dual vane separator systems are available for a wide range of HVAC applications, typically installed on cruise ships for HVAC and general ventilation intakes.
Ideal for upgrading conventional vane/coalescer systems.
